The PSA has carried out an audit of electrical installations at Slagentangen.

From 22 to 26 August 2016, the PSA carried out an audit of Songa Offshore's overall barrier management on Songa Equinox and the interaction between operational, organisational and technical barrier elements.

From 19 to 22 September 2016, the PSA carried out an audit of the blowout preventer (BOP) and control functions on Stena Don following upgrading and installation of a new BOP.

On 29 and 30 September 2016, the PSA carried out an audit of Statoil in respect of early-phase assessments and analyses of load-bearing structures and maritime systems at Njord A.

The PSA has carried out an audit of Statoil’s follow-up of the incidents at Mongstad in June in which a lathe bit became detached from a lathe during machining and a loading arm was inadvertently decoupled.

From 5 to 10 August 2016, the PSA carried out an audit of ConocoPhillips Skandinavia AS (COPSAS)'s work on ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements for electrical installations.

From 15 to 18 August 2016, the PSA carried out an audit of Engie and the company's follow-up of load-bearing structures and maritime systems on the Gjøa facility.

In week 36, the PSA carried out an audit of Wintershall's efficiency improvement processes from an HSE perspective.

From 25 to 30 April 2016, the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway (PSA) carried out an audit of Statoil Petroleum AS (Statoil)'s management of major accident and working environment risk at Oseberg Øst.

From 23 to 25 August 2016, the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway (PSA) carried out an audit of the maintenance management of safety-critical equipment at Nyhamna.
