On 11 and 12 May 2016, the PSA carried out an audit of Maersk Drilling Norge as (Maersk) in connection with the construction of the XLE4 jack-up facility.

On 3 and 4 March 2016, the PSA carried out an audit of the fabrication of load-bearing structures and Statoil's own follow-up of Gina Krog FSO.

On 15 March 2016, the PSA carried out an audit of Saipem SpA Norwegian Branch (Saipem)'s follow-up of the alarm system in the well control room on Scarabeo 8.

The PSA has carried out an audit of the management of major accident and working environment risk at the interfaces between ConocoPhillips Norge AS (CoPNo), drilling contractor Archer AS (Archer) and the drilling and well services companies.
