In the period 15 May to 1 June 2018, we carried out an audit of Equinor Development and Production Norway (UPN)'s own follow-up of changes.

From 14 to 16 May 2018, we carried out an audit of the follow-up of alarm load and human factors in the control room at Hammerfest LNG

From 22 May to 6 June 2018, we carried out an audit of risk, barrier and maintenance management at Ivar Aasen.

From 19 to 21 June 2018, we carried out an audit of Equinor Energy AS (Equinor) and its follow-up of the working environment on the Martin Linge FSO.

On 5 and 6 June 2018, we carried out an audit of the planning and engineering of infield pipelines at the Johan Castberg facility.

From 2 to 9 May 2018, we carried out an audit of the management of barriers and maintenance for the Martin Linge production unit (PU) project in the completion phase at the Rosenberg yard, and the assembly and commissioning phase on the field.

We have carried out an audit of Equinor Energy AS (Equinor) in materials handling, emergency preparedness, and the working environment in preparations for the operation of the Martin Linge production unit (PU) project.

From 6 to 8 June 2018, we carried out an audit of Equinor’s securing of the safety of structures and marine systems on the Visund field.

On 31 May and 1 June 2018, we carried out an audit of process safety at Johan Sverdrup. The audit concerned the regulatory requirements for process safety and the primary focus was on the processing plant on the P1 facility.

From 18 to 19 April 2018, we carried out an audit of Equinor Energy AS (Equinor)'s management of barriers, technical safety, electrical facilities, working environment and materials handling on the Gina Krog FSO.
