Objective
The objective was to monitor that the activity is being performed in compliance with relevant requirements in the HSE regulations.
Result
No non-conformities were identified.
Two improvement points were identified relating to:
- Inadequate coordination of decision-making criteria for loading operations at Draugen
- Lack of documentation of the maintenance of Ex equipment
What happens next?
OKEA has been given a deadline of 30 October 2019 to report on how the improvement points will be addressed.
