Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that Statoil is catering for the requirements in the regulations relating to technical safety and safe operations.
Result
One non-conformity was identified in connection with pressure relief.
In addition, improvement points were identified in connection with:
- Improvement of technical weaknesses
- Fire load in the process area
- Documentation
- Flare overloading
- Pressure relief valves
- Total Risk Analysis (TRA)
