Equinor – Åsgard A – Investigation of incident involving broken cabin windowPublished:Havtil has concluded its investigation into the incident which occurred on the Åsgard A facility on 31 January 2024, when a cabin window was forced in by a wave (green water). We have now issued Equinor with an order.
