We have carried out an audit of Equinor Energy AS (Equinor) focused on the helideck and management of emergency preparedness at Oseberg Øst.

From 19 to 22 March 2018, we carried out an audit of Equinor's (formerly Statoil) follow-up of vibration and cable chafing at Kristin. The audit also comprised general aspects of technical integrity and barrier management.

From 10 to 18 April 2018, we carried out an audit of COSL Drilling Europe (CDE) and the company's follow-up of electrical facilities, technical safety and drilling-related systems on COSLInnovator.

On 22 March 2018, we carried out an audit of Point Resources' planning and execution of permanent plugging of wells at Jotun B.
