The audit was conducted from 29 April to 8 May 2026.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that Vår Energi is fulfilling its regulatory responsibilities regarding the management of working environment risks on Jotun FPSO, and that working environment risks are addressed in connection with the selection of measures and solutions that have an impact on the working environment.
Result
Four non-conformities were identified, concerning:
- Employee participation
- Annual report for the occupational health service
- Registration of working hours
- Competence concerning working hours
In addition, four improvement points were identified, concerning:
- Ergonomic factors
- Work arrangements - rest and recuperation
- Analysis of the psychosocial working environment
- Information on health risks in the performance of work
What happens next?
We have asked Vår Energi to report to us on how the non-conformities will be addressed, and for their assessment of the improvement points observed. The reply deadline is set to 30 October 2026.
