The audit was conducted from 13 to 17 April 2026.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that the helideck and helicopter operations comply with applicable regulations.
Result
The audit identified ten non-conformities in the following areas:
- Deficiencies in the system for managing emergency response training
- Deficiencies in the maintenance programme for ensuring the functioning of safety-critical equipment related to helideck operations
- The refuelling facility lacked an adequate sprinkler system
- Obstructions in the obstacle-free sector
- Deficiencies in the marking of helideck size and maximum allowable mass
- Missing obstacle illumination (not working)
- Lack of information signs at the entrance to the helideck
- Boat hook made of the wrong material
- Deficiencies in equipment for securing parked helicopters
- Missing anemometer
What happens now?
We have asked Noble Drilling to report to us by 19 June 2026 on how the non-conformities will be addressed.
