The audit was conducted from 12 to 21 May 2026.

Objective

The objective was to verify that management and operational prerequisites for the use of structures, maritime systems and materials comply with the HSE regulations, so as to reduce the likelihood of failure, hazard and accident situations and improve health, safety and the environment.

Result

We did not identify any non-conformities during the audit.

We did however identify three improvement points concerning:

  • Deficiencies in the handling of weaknesses that entail deviations from the organisation’s own requirements, and which are significant for compliance with HSE legislation
  • Deficiences in training and drills for specific hazard and accident situations
  • Temporary insulation of pipes on the tank deck

We have asked Equinor to give us their assessment of the improvement points observed by 15 August 2026.
