The audit was conducted from 14 to 16 January 2025.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to ensure that Equinor and Tjeldbergodden have a joint approach to the follow-up of surface maintenance, corrosion under insulation and the working environment, and that maintenance and the working environment in the Tjeldbergodden onshore facility’s operation comply with the regulations and the company’s own requirements.
Result
Two non-conformities were identified related to the management of maintenance and working environment assessments for new methods in the surface project.
We also identified an improvement point concerning information about working environment risk in the planning and implementation of maintenance.
What happens now?
We have asked Equinor to report by 20 March 2025 on how the non-conformities will be addressed, and for their assessment of the improvement point observed.
