Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that, in hiring temporary workers, IKM Testing has fulfilled the requirements of the Working Environment Act.
Result
We identified one non-conformity in the audit concerning routines for ensuring the legality of temporary hires.
No improvement points were identified.
What happens next?
We have asked IKM Testing to report by 12 April 2024 on how the non-conformity will be addressed.
