Equinor ASA Mongstad – follow-up of Veltec AS as a supplier

The audit was conducted from 1 to 6 April 2022.

Objective

The objective of the audit was to verify  how Equinor follows up Veltec AS as a supplier. This includes what framework Veltec is given in order to accommodate and comply with internal and external requirements, and how Equinor Mongstad monitors the supplier’s compliance with these within the installation.

Result

During the audit, one non-conformity was identified, relating to follow-up of other participants and other employees.

What happens now?

We have asked Equinor ASA Mongstad to report by 17 June 2022 on how the non-conformity will be addressed.
