The audit was conducted from 5 to 8 September 2022.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that Equinor's management of working environment risk and employee participation at Hammerfest LNG complied with the regulatory requirements.
Result
Five non-conformities were identified, relating to:
- Analysis of the working environment
- Non-conformity handling
- Follow-up of measures
- Psychosocial factors
- Arrangements for employee participation
One factor was also observed that we have chosen to categorize as an improvement point. This concerned:
- Personal protective equipment
What happens now?
We have asked Equinor to report to us by 31 January 2023 on how the non-conformities will be addressed, and to give us their assessment of the improvement point observed.
