Objective
The objective of the audit was to monitor that Prosafe has implemented the necessary analyses and measures in order to ensure that Safe Scandinavia is in compliance with the regulations within the domain of logistics in connection with its change of use as a TSV.
Result
Non-conformities were identified relating to:
- Loading and storage deck
- Hose station
- Emergency operation
In addition, an improvement point was identified relating to steel rope for cranes and competence.
Prosafe has been given a deadline of 17 December to report on how the non-conformities and improvement point will be addressed.
