§ 10 Reporting and information

Requirements for reporting and information in Chapter IX of the Management Regulations with the exception of Section 34 apply correspondingly to the scope of these regulations.

The requirements in Chapter IX of the Management Regulations are, as far as transport and injection of CO2 are concerned, limited to those covered by the safety legislation.
