On 15 and 16 September 2015, the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway (PSA) carried out an audit of the working environment on Stena Don.

From 2 March to 11 June 2015, the PSA carried out an audit of the management by Island Offshore Management AS (Island Offshore) and Statoil Petroleum As (Statoil) of emergency preparedness and the working environment on Island Frontier.

From 19 to 21 May 2015, the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway conducted an audit of BP Norge's administration of cranes, lifting operations and maintenance management on the Valhall field.
