The audit was conducted during the period 10 to 11 June 2026.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that Okea’s work on wellhead fatigue and the company’s management of the integrity of conductors and surface casing on the platform wells at Draugen are being carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in the HSE regulations.
Result
The audit identified one non-conformity in the following area:
- Independent verification of analysis reports
No improvement points were identified during this audit.
What happens now?
We have asked Okea to report to us by 1 October 2026 on how the non-conformity will be addressed.
