The audit was conducted in the period March to May 2026.

Objective

The objective of the audit was to verify that, when hiring temporary workers, Kaefer is fulfilling the requirements of the Working Environment Act.

Result

Two non-conformities were identified concerning:

  • Illegal hiring of workers from temporary-work agencies
  • Lack of written procedures to ensure legal hiring

What happens next?

We have asked Kaefer to report by 29 June 2026 on how the non-conformities will be addressed.
