The audit was conducted during the period 18 to 19 August 2026.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to follow up Harbour’s operations, maintenance and other integrity monitoring of flowlines, risers and subsea systems. We also wanted to ensure that there is a holistic approach to safe operation in compliance with the regulatory requirements and the company’s own requirements.
Result
The audit identified no non-conformities, but we observed one matter that we have decided to categorise as an improvement point. This concerned:
