Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that Equinor is fulfilling its responsibility to identify and address safety-critical issues that could impact the risk of major accidents. The audit covered the disciplines of electrical engineering and process safety.
Result
One non-conformity relating to work on and operation of electrical installations was identified.
What happens next?
We have asked Equinor to report to us by 21 September 2026 on how the non-conformity will be addressed.
