The audit was conducted from 10 to 12 March 2026.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to monitor how Equinor is ensuring the safety and integrity of structures and maritime systems on the Norne FPSO.
Result
One non-conformity was identified concerning the ballast system.
In addition, one improvement point was identified concerning the recording of ballast valve failure rates.
What happens next?
We have asked Equinor to report to us by 30 June 2026 on how the non-conformity will be addressed and for their assessment of the improvement point observed.
