On 19 and 20 March 2026, we conducted an audit of the infield pipelines, risers and subsea facilities tied to the Alvheim field.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to follow up Aker BP’s operations, maintenance and other integrity monitoring of infield pipelines, risers and subsea systems at Alvheim. We also wanted to ensure that there is a holistic approach to safe operations in compliance with the regulatory requirements and the company’s own requirements.
Result
No non-conformities were identified.
One improvement point was identified concerning incident reporting.
What happens next?
We have asked Aker BP to give us its assessment of the improvement point observed by 20 May 2026.
