The audit was conducted on 10 and 11 February 2026, with assistance from the Civil Aviation Authority Norway.
Objective
The objective was to verify that the helideck has been designed, equipped and maintained so as to contribute to safe helicopter operations and transport of personnel.
Result
No non-conformities were identified.
Two improvement points were observed. These concerned:
- Missing obstacle marking on the helideck
- Evacuation signs on the helideck were not installed properly
What happens next?
We have asked Aker BP for their assessment of the improvement points identified. The reply deadline is set at 8 May 2026.
