The audit was conducted from 27 April to 4 May 2026.

Objective

The objective of the audit was to observe how Edvard Grieg conducted the test of the emergency shutdown system and how it was ensured that all functions were verified for compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.

Result

The audit identified one non-conformity in the following area:

  • Inadequate classification of logic testing for the emergency shutdown system

In addition, we observed two factors that we have chosen to categorise as improvement points. These concerned:

  • Application testing
  • Ignition source control
