The audit was conducted from 19 to 23 February 2024.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that the company’s management of emergency preparedness on Deepsea Nordkapp complies with the regulatory requirements.
Result
We identified two non-conformities during the audit. These concerned:
- Secondary escape route from deck crane
- Launching of MOB boat
We also observed one improvement point concerning the emergency preparedness training system.
What happens now?
We have asked Odfjell Drilling to report by 3 May 2024 on how the non-conformities will be addressed and for their assessment of the improvement point observed.
