Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that, in hiring temporary workers, Equinor is fulfilling the requirements of the Working Environment Act.
Result
The audit identified one non-conformity. This concerned:
- Routine for consulting with employee representatives
We also observed one factor that we have chosen to categorise as an improvement point. This concerned:
- Routine for ensuring legal hiring
What happens now?
We have asked Equinor to report to us by 12 January 2024 on how the non-conformity will be addressed, and to give us their assessment of the improvement point observed
