Equinor – Gullfaks A – selected OPS Groups, TI and competence centres

The audit was conducted from 8 to 23 February 2024.

Objective

The objective of the audit was to verify that Equinor’s management and monitoring of barriers complied with the company’s and the authorities’ requirements, so as to reduce the likelihood of failures. A further objective was to investigate whether the OPS groups and operational organisations have access to the expertise they request.

Result

No non-conformities or improvement points were identified during the audit.
