The audit was conducted on 5 and 6 December 2023.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to follow up Equinor’s own management of the operation, maintenance and integrity of flexible pipelines. Furthermore, we wanted to ensure that there is a coherent approach to safe operation of these in respect of risk reduction and continuous improvement, in compliance with their own requirements and those in the regulations.
Result
No non-conformities or improvement points were identified during the audit.
