The audit was carried out on 29 and 30 November 2023.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to obtain an overview of the condition of ConocoPhillips’s facilities, and to clarify whether they are being followed up in compliance with the HSE regulations.
Result
We did not identify any non-conformities during the audit.
We identified three improvement points, concerning:
- The maintenance programme for detection of failure modes developing in grouting compounds due to overutilisation
- Documentation of the collision resistance of facilities
- Backlog in documenting evaluation of findings in SIMS
What happens next?
We have asked ConocoPhillips to give us its assessment of the improvement points observed by 29 January 2024.
