The feedback confirms our strong reputation in the industry. In particular, interaction during audits is highlighted as a strength. A full 99% say that dialogue is good or very good. The information provided in advance of audits is also perceived as clear and useful, and helps matters progress smoothly.
At the same time, the survey shows that there are areas for improvement, which we are actively working to address. Some find the audits to be resource-intensive, and opinions are divided on issues such as administrative supervision and the use of physical versus digital audits. This feedback is important for further developing how we plan and conduct audits.
Even if some find audits to be resource-intensive, few believe the burden to be unreasonable. Havtil also receives high marks for its expertise and for its consistent enforcement of regulations.
In brief
- High response rates in both data sources (52% and 54%) – we are working to further increase participation
- Consistently positive results and high levels of trust in Havtil
- Excellent interactions during audits
- Minor variations in the responses, with some differences between groups
- Non-conformity findings are considered reasonable, and orders are perceived to be effective sanctions
- Mixed assessments of administrative supervision and physical versus digital audits – areas we will continue to monitor
The user survey is part of a long-term activity that Havtil has been conducting since 2018 to assess how its audits are perceived, what impact they have, and where there is room for improvement. Feedback from the companies provides an important foundation for further development and is systematically incorporated into our improvement work.
