The consent is accompanied by a decision of 17 June 2025 concerning an exemption to Section 4, second paragraph, of the Framework Regulations in respect of the use of Austri Enabler to accommodate employees for the start-up of the Jotun FPSO.

In accordance with Section 29 of the Framework Regulations, Vår Energi is given consent to use Austri Enabler for the accommodation of employees, with a gangway to the Jotun FPSO, for the period applied for, 24 June 2025 to 31 July 2025. The consent and exemption are given on condition that no continuous production from the facility’s wells is started during the period.
