The consent covers the use of the Ringhorne facility for production drilling, as well as completion and workover.
The drilling operations are scheduled to begin in March 2019 and will last until March 2021.
The Ringhorne facility is a fixed quarters, drilling and wellhead installation. The facility is part of the Balder field, which is situated in the central North Sea, 160 kilometres west of Haugesund.
