Wells 35/9-15 (appraisal well) and 35/9-15A (sidetrack) belong to production licence 153, for which Neptune is the operator.
The site of the wells adjoins the Gjøa field in the northern North Sea.

Water depth at the site is 363 metres.
Drilling is scheduled to begin in December 2019 and is estimated to last for at least 56 days.
Deepsea Yantai is a semi-submersible drilling facility operated by Odfjell Drilling AS. The facility was built at the CIMC Raffles yard in China and was completed in 2016.
Deepsea Yantai received an Acknowledgement of Compliance (AoC) from the PSA in November 2019.
