Objective
The objective of the market surveillance was to monitor how the company complies with the manufacturer’s obligations in FUSEX, the regulations concerning equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, for ATEX products placed on the market.
Result
Four non-conformities were identified, concerning:
- Documentary discrepancies
- Error in compliance statement
- Inadequate labelling
- Lack of safety information in Norwegian
