The audit was conducted from 21 to 27 November 2025.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that Odfjell Platform Drilling's management of the working environment on board Linus complied with the regulatory requirements. The audit also verified the company's facilitation of genuine employee participation through the joint local working environment committee and the safety service.
Result
The audit identified five non-conformities concerning:
- Ergonomic design
- Analysis of the ergonomic working environment
- Training and information about risks associated with ergonomically strenuous work
- Management of exposure to noise and hand-arm vibration from handheld tools
- Personal protective equipment
An improvement point was also identified concerning the analysis of the psychosocial working environment.
What happens now?
We have asked Odfjell Platform Drilling to report by 17 March 2026 on how the non-conformities will be addressed, and for their assessment of the improvement point observed.
