The audit was conducted on 28 January 2026.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to monitor Norske Shell’s operation of pipelines and subsea facilities, and how the company plans maintenance and follows up the integrity of these systems. Havtil monitored that there is a holistic approach to safe operation in compliance with the regulatory requirements as well as the company’s own requirements.
Result
The audit did not identify any non-conformities.
We observed two factors that we have chosen to categorise as improvement points. These concerned:
- Incident reporting
- Non-conformity handling

We have asked Norske Shell to give us its assessment of the improvement points observed by 4 May 2026.
