Objective
The objective of the audit was to follow up the management of the operation, maintenance and integrity of flexible pipes, and to verify that there is a holistic approach to their safe operation and improvement of their safety level, in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Result
One improvement point was identified related to exemptions from governing documents.

We have asked Equinor to give us its assessment of the improvement point observed by 15 February 2026.
