The audit was conducted on 13 November 2025.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to gain an overview of the follow-up and integrity management of field pipelines and risers. We wanted to see how the integrity of the systems is followed up and how a holistic approach to safe operations in accordance with its own requirements and the HSE regulations is ensured.
Result
No non-conformities were identified.
Two improvement points were identified concerning:
- Work programme for exterior inspections
- Performance of interior inspections
What happens next?
We have asked Equinor to give us their assessment of the improvement points observed by 30 January 2026.
