The audit was conducted from 9 to 22 January 2026.

Objective

The objective of the audit was to verify that the company’s management of the working environment at Ula complies with the applicable regulatory requirements, and that the company takes a systematic and preventive approach to working environment management in the late phase.

Result

The audit identified four non-conformities in the following areas:

  • Inadequate analyses of the working environment
  • Inadequate use of data on the organisational and psychosocial working environment when selecting measures
  • Inadequate follow-up of chemical health hazards
  • Deficiencies in the register of workers exposed to carcinogenic, reprotoxic or mutagenic chemicals and lead

We also observed one factor that we have chosen to categorise as an improvement point. This concerned:

  • Inadequate planning of work that may involve noise exposure harmful to hearing

What happens now?

We have asked Aker BP to report to us by 22 April 2026 on how the non-conformities will be addressed, and for their assessment of the improvement point observed.
