The audit was conducted on 23 and 24 September 2025.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to obtain an overview of structural conditions at Yme, and to clarify whether the facilities are being followed up in compliance with the HSE regulations. We also wanted to review how Repsol ensures sound management of hazard and accident situations associated with structural incidents.
Result
The audit identified no non-conformities, but we observed one matter that we have chosen to categorise as an improvement point. This concerned:
- Quality assurance of repairs and modifications
What happens now?
We have asked Repsol to give us its assessment of the improvement point observed by 7 November 2025.
