Macro Offshore – Haven – emergency preparedness management

The audit was conducted from 24 to 27 November 2025.

Objective

The objective of the audit was to verify that the company's management of emergency preparedness on Haven complied with regulatory requirements.

Result

We identified two regulatory non-conformities. These concerned:

• Inadequate testing of lifeboat sprinkler system
• Training and drills

We also identified one improvement point related to the VHF radio transmitter power.

What happens next?

We have asked Macro Offshore to report to us by 16 January 2026 on how the non-conformities will be addressed, and to give us their assessment of the improvement point observed.
