The audit was conducted from 24 to 30 October 2025.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify how the company complies with the regulations for the design, operation and maintenance of the electrical facilities, so as to reduce the likelihood of failures, hazards and accidents. During the audit, we also checked that previously identified non-conformities had been addressed in accordance with their responses.
Result
Five non-conformities were identified, concerning:
- Marking of high voltage cables
- Marking of indicator lights
- Marking of motor
- Marking and registration of mobile equipment
- Ignition source control
In addition, three improvement points were identified, concerning:
- Dissemination of information
- Verification of performance requirements for gas-tight dampers
- Performance requirements for the closure of fire and gas dampers
What happens next?
We have asked ConocoPhillips to report by 9 January 2026 on how the non-conformities will be addressed and for their assessment of the improvement points observed.
