The audit was conducted between 19 December 2024 and 10 January 2025.
Objective
The objective was to monitor the company’s compliance with regulatory requirements in respect of the operation and maintenance of the HVAC systems on the facility. We also assessed ConocoPhillips’ compliance with the performance requirements of the HVAC systems which form part of the area classification and ignition source control.
Result
During the audit, we identified three non-conformities. These concerned:
- Ignition source control
- Registration of results from functional tests
- Verification of barrier element
What happens now?
We have asked ConocoPhillips to report to us by 7 March 2025 on how the non-conformities will be addressed.
