Aker BP – Hod – removal

The audit was conducted on 18 and 19 March 2025.

Objective

The objective of the task was to monitor that the planned activity will be able to be carried out in compliance with the requirements of the HSE regulations, and that Aker BP, as operator, through its management and follow-up, ensures safe performance of the removal work.

Result

The audit identified non-conformities concerning:

• Follow-up of management systems
• ·                    Decision support and decision-making criteria

What happens now?

We have asked Aker BP to report to us by 20 May 2025 on how the non-conformities will be addressed.
