AF Offshore Decom AS – management of working environment and materials handling risks

Objective

The objective of the audit was to verify whether, at an overarching level, AFOD is working systematically and preventively on working environment risk and risk associated with materials handling, and crane and lifting operations.

Result

No non-conformities were identified.

Two improvement points were identified concerning:

• Decision support
• Governing documents for lifting operations and work at height

What happens next?

We have asked AFOD for their assessment of the improvement points observed. The reply deadline is set at 15 August 2025.
