The audit was carried out from 9 to 16 February 2024, and was performed in connection with Equinor’s application to extend the life of Troll C.
Objective
The objective was to monitor compliance with the safe working environment regulations at Troll C, such that the requirements for prudent operations are met, and that use of the facility beyond its original life is in accordance with the facility’s technical condition.
Result
We identified one non-conformity during the audit concerning inadequate decision support.
What happens now?
We have asked Equinor to report by 15 April 2024 on how the non-conformity will be addressed.
