The audit was conducted on 11 April 2024.
Objective
The objective of the audit was to verify that previously identified non-conformities and improvement points have been addressed in line with their feedback. We audited the management of maintenance at Mongstad in April 2019, and then made a follow-up inspection in June 2020.
We wanted to see the status of maintenance and verify that the company has achieved its internal objectives for maintenance management in line with the feedback provided in 2020.
Result
We identified one improvement point during the audit. This concerned better maintenance planning.
What happens now?
We have asked Equinor to give us their assessment of the improvement point observed by 1 June 2024.
