The audit was conducted on 18 and 19 March 2024.
Objective
The objective of the task was to verify that the planned activity can be performed in compliance with the requirements of the HSE regulations. We audited how ConocoPhillips as operator, and AF Offshore Decom as subcontractor, ensured safe activities, and how, through their management and follow-up, the companies ensured that workers are not exposed to the risk of injury and illness.
Result
No non-conformities or improvement points were identified in respect of ConocoPhillips during the audit.
Two non-conformities were detected for AF Offshore Decom. These concerned:
- Management of the risk of musculoskeletal disorders
- Working environment competence
What happens now?
We have asked AF Offshore Decom to report by 28 May 2024 on how the non-conformities will be addressed.
