Aker BP – Tyrving – design of subsea facilities and pipelines

The audit was conducted on 19 and 20 September 2023.

Objective

Tyrving is a subsea project tied back to existing subsea facilities at East Kameleon with processing on the Alvheim FPSO. We carried out an audit of the operator's management and control of the project and preparations for start-up and operation, with a particular focus on interfaces.

The audit will be used as part of our preparation for processing the application for consent to use Tyrving.

Result

No non-conformities were identified in respect of this audit, but there was one improvement point concerning governing documents.

What happens now?

We have asked Aker BP for their assessment of the improvement point identified. The reply deadline is set at 28 October 2023.
